OBITUARY
Arthur Leo Staton Jr
 
    (Lancaster) Arthur Leo Staton Jr, 89, died Friday, August  30, 2019.  Funeral Service will be held Thursday September 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM Crawford Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. T. Gary Stevens and Apostle Oliver Massey will officiate.  Burial will be in the Mt. Moriah AME Zion Church Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday September 4, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Crawford Funeral Home.
 
Arthur Leo Staton Jr was born March 6, 1930 in Peachland, North Carolina a son of the late Arthur Staton Sr. and Lula B. Winfield Staton Barnes .  He was married to Bessie Lee Massey Staton who preceded him in death.
 
Survivors include his three daughters, Audrey Cauthen, Sharon King, Susie Cauthen all of Lancaster, SC, two brothers-in-law, Apostle Oliver Massey of Columbia, SC, Clyde Massey of Lancaster, SC, two granddaughters, Lola Williams Clark, Talema Williams, four grandsons, Antonio DeLaine Cauthen, Reco Cauthen,  Delaria Perry, Dr. Elton Massey Jr., six great grandsons, one great granddaughter, three great great grandsons, many nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
