Obituary for Asia Ta’liyah Elizabeth Cannon
Asia Ta’liyah Elizabeth Cannon, 24, passed away on November 30, 2025. She was born on October 4, 2001, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to Keta Evans and Charles Cannon. Blessed with a warm and joyful spirit, Asia brought light, laughter, and love to all who knew her.
Asia was a proud graduate of Lancaster High School and later attended Coastal Carolina University. She was employed with QVC as a packer, where her bright personality and dependable work ethic were truly valued. Asia loved dancing and creating TikTok reels, always finding fun and creative ways to express herself. More than anything, she cherished spending time with her family—especially her siblings, nieces, and nephews, who were her greatest source of joy.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving parents, Keta Evans and Charles Cannon; five sisters, Yasmine Cannon, Zanyell Evans, Jada Cannon, Alexas Cannon, and Monica Cannon, all of Lancaster, SC; and one recognized-as-a-sister, Della McClinton Johnson of Lancaster, SC. She is also survived by two brothers, Quinshun Evans and Elijah Cannon, both of Lancaster, SC. She was preceded in death by a brother, Marquise Evans.
Asia’s beautiful life, though far too short, touched countless hearts. Her smile, energy, and love for her family will forever live on in the memories of those who loved her.
