Bobby Lewis Jackson, humbly bowed to God’s will and peacefully entered into
eternal rest on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at his residence in Lancaster, SC. A
son of Robert Jackson and Mary Jean Kirkland was born June 15, 1967 in
Lancaster, South Carolina.
Bobby Lewis was reared in a Christian environment and accepted Christ at an
early age.
He was educated in the Lancaster County School District. He was self-
employed as a Brick Mason for The McGee Brothers for over sixteen years.
Bobby Lewis was passionate about everything he did. Bobby Lewis enjoyed
watching sports with his family and especially fishing with his grandchildren.
However, his greatest passion was spending time with family and friends. To
know him was to love him and he will be missed by all.
Left to cherish loving memories are his daughter, Tyeshia Jackson (Deshaune)
of Lancaster, SC, two sons, Kenterious Jackson (Natasha), Bo’Brentay Jackson
(Dominique) both of Lancaster, SC, two brothers, Tommy Jackson, Roger
Hairston both of Lancaster, SC, three sisters, Laverne Jackson, Shirlitha
Hairston, Shainlitha Hairston all of Lancaster, SC, seven grandchildren, special
cousin, Charles Blackmon, special friends, Freddie Grant, William Peay, John
Hope, Micheal Gladden Sr., Chris McClinton and Leonardo Clark and a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Rodney Jordan, a sister, Betty
McClinton, lifetime companion, Vanessa Waters.
