Charlie Marsh Jr, humbly bowed to God's will and peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 22, 2024 in Lancaster, SC. A son of the late Charlie Marsh Sr and the late Elizabeth Elder Marshwas born August 12, 1954 in Lancaster County, South Carolina.
Charlie Jr was reared in a Christian environment and never met a stranger.
He was educated in the Lancaster County School District and was a graduate of Lancaster High School Class of 1972. Charlie Jr was retired from Springs Industries after many dedicated years of service He was passionate about everything he did. Charlie Irwas a very caring gentleman. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going to church. He was verypassionate about his Davita Dylasis family especially his nurse, Mrs. Teresa Garris. However, his greatest passion was spending time with family and friends. To know him was to love him and he will be missed by all.
Left to cherish loving memories are his daughter Janet Robinson of Columbia, SC, five sisters, Donnie Laster James) of Trenton, NI, Patricia Dummond (Marvin) of Greer, SC, Susic A. Leavens (Raymond Jr.), Charlene Reid, Angela Mackey (Chris) all of Lancaster, SC, a brother, Ronald Phillip Marsh of Lancaster, SC, twograndchildren, Damanta Alson, TiMira Alson both of Columbia, SC, four great grandchildren, Kayden Alston, Dakari Alston, Kyrie Ripley, Ka"Whi Ripleyall of Columbia, SC, a aunt, Bennie Mae Elder of Lancaster, SC, sister in law, Lescenia Marsh and a hostof nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Bettye M. James, a brother, Johnny Marsh Sr.
