Dolphus Crawford a son of the late Dorothus & Shirley Crawford and the late  Mary McGriff was born October 3, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY.  He was married to Etta Bell Harris Crawford.

Survivors  include  his wife of Lancaster, SC, five sons, Antwan Crawford, Demarco Crawford both of Lancaster, SC, Sha’Ron Harris, Jairell Kinard, Darian Crawford all of Columbia,, SC, six daughters, Kemisha Crawford, Chevon Crawford, Ashaki Crawford, Miyaka Crawford all of Lancaster, SC, Denessa Jeffcoat, Tsahia Kinard both of Columbia, SC, seven sisters, Debbie French, Theresa Matthews, Linda Crawford, Yalonda Crawford, Mae Frances Crawford  all of Brooklyn, NY, Toni Francois of Macon, GA, , Sandra Crawford of Brownsville, SC
