Doris Jean Davis Biggers, humbly bowed to God’s will and peacefully entered into
eternal rest on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at MUSC in Lancaster, SC. A daughter of
Robert Henry Ross and the late Clara Jean Davis was born July 2, 1951 in
Lancaster, South Carolina.
Doris was reared in a Christian environment and accepted Christ as her personal
savior. She was an active member of Mt Zion Baptist Church in Waxhaw, NC.
She had her own ministry of giving warm hugs to everyone in her path.
Doris was educated in the Lancaster County School District and was a graduate of
Lancaster High School Class of 1970. She was retired after many dedicated years
of Homecare service as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
She was a passionate woman, kind yet strong willed. She enjoyed watching western
movies and playing games on her smartphone or tablet. However, her greatest
passion was spending time with family and friends. To know her was to love her
and she will be missed by all.
