In loving memory of El-Bedawi “Andrew Belton” Abdul-Razzaq, was born on August 5, 1952, and returned peacefully to God in his home surrounded by family on October 1, 2024. El-Bedawi completed his college education at Livingstone College and North Carolina Central University, earning his Judicial Doctorate degree. His journey led him to embrace the beautiful religion of Islam in 1977, ultimately settling in New Jersey, where he established a loving family with his wife and children for about forty years. In 2018, he returned to his beloved hometown of Kershaw, SC. El-Bedawi will be remembered for his light and charismatic ways, and always being willing to help others through actions or just a charitable smile. May Godaccept his good deeds and elevate him to the highest level of Paradise. He was a devoted Muslim, caring father, and beloved brother. He is survived by his loving sister, Barbara Phillips, his children, and grandchildren.
