Franklin Delon Blackmon

(Lancaster) Franklin Delon Blackmon, 72, died Saturday, February 13, 2021. Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 19, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. Crawford Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Kenneth Cauthen and Rev Melroid Lynn Jr. will officiate.  Burial in Lancaster Memorial Park.  

Franklin D. Blackmon, a son of the late  George Henry McIlwain and the late Beatrice Blackmon, was born February 17, 1948 in Lancaster, SC. He was married to Connie Brace Blackmon.

    Survivors include his wife of Lancaster, SC, four brothers, Mack Blackmon of Lancaster, SC James Butler of Chambursburg, PA, Michael Butler of Salem, MA, Allen Butler of Chambursburg, PA, three sisters, Saundra Blackmon, Deborah Butler, Carolyn Butler all of Pennsylvania,
