Hazel Lee Clark, humbly bowed to God’s will and peacefully entered into
eternal rest on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Atrium Health in Pineville, NC.
Hazel was born on January 29, 1947 in Lancaster, South Carolina. He was a son
of the late Christine Clark.
He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church
and accepted the responsibility and servitude as a dedicated member. He embraced
life and enjoyed the company of his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish loving memories: three sons, Corey (Dina) Clark, Timothy
Ingram, both of Lancaster, SC; Mario Reid of Charlotte, NC; three daughters,
Karen Bouknight of Atlanta, GA; Lisa Clark, Gloria Medley, both of Lancaster,
SC; one brother, Lonnie Clark of Lancaster, SC; four sisters, Bertha M. (Michael)
Woodson of Huntersville, NC; Betty L. Jones, Mary A. McGriff, Brenda K.
McIlwain of Lancaster, SC; seventeen grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, other relatives and two special friends, Robert Glenn Williams and Alice
Mae Tillman.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jonn Ann Babb; three brothers, Curtis Clark,
Carl Clark and Peter Gun McIlwain.
