Henry B. Craig

Henry B. Craig, answered the Master’s call and entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at his home in Lancaster, South Carolina.   A son of the late Hiawatha Craig and the late Rosiel Mingo Craig was born on January 30, 1956 in Lancaster, South Carolina.

Henry was reared in a Christian home and accepted his religious duties at an early age.  He was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church in Heath Springs, SC. Henry was educated in the Lancaster County School District and graduated from Lancaster High School.  He was employed as a Machine Operator in which he worked for many dedicated years.

Henry treasured life and lived it to the fullest.  He enjoyed sitting around with his family and friends having fun and laughing about old times.  He had a great sense of humor with an infectious smile.  To know him was to love him and he was loved by many.

Left to cherish these and other memories are a son, Henry Stevens of Lancaster, SC, two daughters, Shenelle Truesdale (George) and Christian Craig both of Lancaster, SC, three brothers, Dennis Craig and Roy Craig both of Lancaster, SC, Marshall Craig of Fort Lawn, SC, two sisters, Zenia Craig, Lavern Craig, all of Lancaster, SC, thirteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of other relatives.

He was preceded in death by a son Demarcus Hendrix, three brothers, Ellison Craig, Arthur Lee Craig and Mason Craig, two sisters, Janice Craig Reid, Carol Bell Craig.
