Jessie A. Brown, Sr. ,81, died Thursday, November 23, 2023, Funeral Service was held Wednesday, November 30, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. First Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Great Falls, SC, Rev. George C. Mackey  officiated. Burial in the Green Lawn Cemetery

Jessie A. Brown Sr. a son of the late Charlie “Ed” Brown and Macie Green Brown  was born August 27, 1942 in Great Falls, SC. He was married to Janie Douglas Brown.

Survivors include, his wife of Great Falls, SC, sons, Stanley Brown, Timothy Brown both of Lancaster, SC, Jessie A. Brown Jr. of Great Falls, SC, daughters, Maj. Aretha B. Dix of Montgomery, Al, Brenda Heath of Rock Hill, SC, 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
