Joe Lee Truesdale, 80, of Lancaster, SC, passed away peacefully on
Saturday, March 22, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. Born on June 15, 1944,

On his journey through life, Joe shared a loving marriage with his devoted

in the simple pleasures—watching football, spending time with family and
friends, and never missing an episode of his favorite show, Walker, Texas
Ranger.
Joe’s warm presence and kind heart will be deeply missed by his family and
friends. He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters, Carolyn Bailey
(James), Sarah Robinson, and Bercilla Truesdale, all of Lancaster, SC; bonus
sister, Dianne Glenn of Lancaster, SC, a brother, Bozzie Truesdale (Shirley
Crockett) of Lancaster, SC; grandson, Lamar Moore of Lancaster, SC, great
grandson, Mason Moore of Lancaster, SC, stepson, William Stevenson and

Linda Crawford.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Daisey Mae Laney Truesdale, two
brothers, Sammie Truesdale, Melvin Truesdale, sister, Brenda Dixon, two
stepsons, Joe Lewis Stevens, Robert Stevens.
Joe's love, laughter, and wisdom will forever remain in the hearts of those
