Katrina Mae Ivey Barber, daughter of the late Vernon Ivey and the late Sally Davis, was born on June 30, 1942, in Lancaster, South Carolina. On September 5, 2025, she peacefully entered into eternal rest.

She leaves to celebrate her memory one daughter, Teresa Hancock (Eric) of Indian Land, SC; five sisters, Majorie Clay of Harlem, NY, Gloria Morrison (Mozell) of Indian Land, SC, Sandra Walker, Selena Sanders, and Barbara Ivey, all of Charlotte, NC; one brother, Curtis Ivey (Diana) of Waxhaw, NC; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four bonus grandchildren; one bonus great-grandchild; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Isaac Barber, Jr., a son, Isaac Barber, a daughter, Phoebe McCloud, her parents, Vernon Ivey and Sally Davis, two sisters, Esther McIlwain, Valeria Cooper, two brothers, Verner Ivey, Darious Ivey and other loved ones who now welcome her home.
