Lallie G. Danzy

Lallie Geneva Danzy, humbly bowed to God’s will and peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at her residence in Kershaw, SC. A daughter of the late William Author McCaskill and the late Elizabeth Lee was born September 19, 1931 in Chesterfield County, South Carolina.
Lallie was reared in a christian environment and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. She was an active member as she served as the church clerk.
She was united in holy matrimony to Johnnie B. Danzy Sr who preceded her in death.
Lallie was educated in the Kershaw County School District and was a graduate of Carver High School.
She was passionate about everything she did. Kind yet strong willed she brought peace to every situation. She loved to work in her yard and had a way with nature. However, her greatest passion was spending time with family and friends. To know her was to love her and he will be missed by all.
Left to cherish loving memories are her son, Rev. Johnnie B. Danny, Jr. (Nicole) of Kershaw, SC, adopted daughter, India Sowell of Kershaw, SC, sister, Mittie Harrison of Camden, SC, brother, Willie Author McCaskill (Bessy Mae) of Virginia, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria Danzy, brother-in-law, Joseph Harrison.
