    (Kershaw) Lemandy Perry Middleton,46, died Wednesday, June 5, 2019.  Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 2:00 PM, Mt. Zion  Baptist Church, Kershaw,  Rev. James R. Belton will officiate. Burial will be in the Highland Heights cemetery, Kershaw. Viewing will be held Monday, June 10, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Crawford Funeral Home in Kershaw,

Lemandy Perry Middleton, a daughter of Vanessa Perry Clark and the late Laranza Pete Jackson was born  May 21, 1973  in Brooklyn, NY. She was married to John Lewis Middleton

Survivors include her husband of Kershaw, SC, one son, Marquise  Perry of Kershaw, SC, her mother of Kershaw, SC,  two sisters, Letarsha Massey of Boston, MA, Sheka Cauthen of Kershaw, SC, step-sister Melissa Jackson of Kershaw, SC, step brother, Marcus Jackson of Kershaw, SC, mother & father-in-law Rosita Williams of Stafford, VA, John Middleton of Waldorf , MD
