Leona Marie "Sis" Brown Blackmon, humbly bowed to God’s will and peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 16, 2023 in Columbia, SC.  A daughter of the late James Brown and the late Mary Hudson Brown was born June 1, 1935  in Lancaster County, South Carolina.

She loved to bake and cook to feed anyone in which she valued.  She enjoyed being the Cub Scouts Den Mother, Boy Scouts Leaderboard and being involved as a Richland County Crossing Guard .
