Linda Lee Curry

Linda Lee Curry died April 5, 2026 at MUSC Lancaster. A daughter of the late Robert Howze and the late Annie Lee Tillman was born August 27, 1960 in Lancaster, SC. 

She was affiliated with Baptist Denominationand a proud graduate of Lancaster High School class of 1978. Linda Curry was married to James Hunter, the father of her children. 

She embraced life and enjoyed the simple things like decorating with flowers and arranging furniture to her satisfaction. She enjoyed being in the company of her family and friends. Especially her grandchildren she raised from birth.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving partner, Andrew Mickles of Lancaster, SC, one son, James Maurieo Hunter of Lancaster, SC, two daughters, Toshia Hunter, Shonettia Hunter both of Lancaster, SC, two brothers, Samuel Curry (Caralita), Brian Portee all of Lancaster, SC, two sisters, Carlen P. Lowery (Fred), Sabrina Jones, all of Lancaster, SC, grandchildren that was reared as her children, Shamirah Hunter, TaShiyonia Hunter, Le'Miracle hunter, Kayoshia Hunter, Omari Hunter Emmanueal Hunter, Cherelle Manley ,LA Smith, special friend, Bella Manley of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Prince Jones.

Linda was loved by all who knew her and loved her.
