MAMIE CURETON CHAVIS

Mamie Cureton Chavis, 87. died Thursday, March 16, 2023 . Funeral Service Friday, March 24, 2023 at  2:00 P.M Crawford Funeral Home Chapel,   Rev. Dr. Paulette Leak will officiate. Burial in Lancaster Memorial Park. Viewing Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 1:00 PM until 5:00 at the funeral home.

Mamie C. Chavis a daughter of the late Arthur C. Cureton Sr. and the late Alberta Howie Cureton was born December 15, 1935 in Lancaster, South Carolina. 

Survivors  include  two daughters, Rozetta “Rose” C. Thompkins of Richmond Hill, GA, Debra Thompson of Savannah, GA, three sons, William A. Chavis Jr. of Savannah, GA, Michael C. Chavis of Columbia, SC, Stephone T. Chavis of Lancaster, SC, one brother, Arthur C Cureton of Lancaster, SC, fifteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
