Mary Ann Meredith

Mary Ann Meredith, humbly bowed to God’s will and peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 6,  2023  in Lancaster, SC.  A daughter of the late Clarence Jeffrey and the late Ann Scott Jeffery was born July 19, 1961 in Columbia, South Carolina. 

Mary acknowledge Christ as his personal savior at an early age and was reared in a Christian home.  She was educated in the Lancaster County School District and  received her GED while attending  Job Core. Mary also received several degrees in Nursing, and in other related medical fields.

Mary never married or had kids but enjoyed life to the best of her ability.  Mary embraced life and took great pleasure in fishing and spending time with family and friends. She also was passionate about making honey toast for her nephews. However, her greatest passion was being in the company of her family that she cared for and loved.  To know Mary was to love her and she was loved by many.

Left to cherish these and other memories are, her one and only special aunt, Mary A. Jones of Lancaster, SC, three brothers all of Lancaster, SC, Ronnie Meredith(Tina)  Robert Meredith, Timothy Jeffery, two sisters, Harriett Hood, of  Lancaster, SC, Teresa Belton (Dexter) of York, SC special niece Verneeda Crowder of Lancaster, SC  a sister-in-law, Alice Meredith of Lancaster, SC a special friend Mary Nell Steward of Lancaster, SC, and a host of nephews, nieces  other relatives and friends.

She was proceeded in death by brothers Hayward Meredith Jr., Clay Meredith, Clarence E. Meredith,  sister, Loraine Meredith
