Michelle was educated in the Lancaster County Public Schools and was known for her warm and caring spirit. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, family member, and friend who brought love and joy to all those around her. Her kindness, strength, and generosity will always be remembered by those whose lives she touched.
Left to cherish her loving memories are her beloved daughter, Alisha Jordan (Vernon Baskins), and two sons, Demetry Crockett and JyTavius Jackson, all of Lancaster, SC. She is also survived by three sisters, Tonya Ann Blair of Gaffney, SC, Susie Mae Blair, and Carolyn Clark, both of Lancaster, SC; four aunts, Mary Ann Jordan of Rock Hill, SC, Vickie Talford (Willie), Frances Jordan, both of Lancaster, SC, and Ann Jordan of Fort Mill, SC; her life companion, Effie Tate; and four cherished grandchildren, Vayda Baskins, Vakel Baskins, Jahmon Brown, and Demonie Ingram, special friends, Dorothy Daniel and Brandon Cauthen. She also leaves behind a host of extended family members and devoted friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Michelle's love and presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy of kindness, resilience, and devotion to her family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
