Olief Virginia “Cookie”  Addison Bradley, humbly bowed to God’s will and peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at MUSC Medical Center in Lancaster, South Carolina. A daughter of the late Morris Addison and the late Mary Elizabeth Moore was born April 7, 1938 in Warrenton, Virginia. She accepted her faith at an early age as was raised in a Christian home.

Cookie as she was affectionally known was educated in the Warrenton County School System and was a graduate of Rosenwald High School a historic educational institution in Virginia. 

She was married to Roger Bradley, Sr. for many years who preceded her in death.

She had many talents and accomplishments.  She was a licensed Cosmetologist, make up Artist and she even had her hands in acting.  There was nothing she could not do and she did everything well.

Cookie was passionate about spending quality time with family and friends.  Whether sitting around laughing or cooking out, any time was  quality time as long as she had her 0family.  She also enjoyed fishing and relaxing with family and friends on the water.  Cookie’s lovable spirit was acknowledged and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her

 Left to cherish these and other memories are her  daughter, Kathy Ellis of Washington, DC three sons, Anthony Ellis (Shirl McClaude) of Lancaster, SC, Roger Bradley (Linda Myer) of Lancaster, SC, Michael Bradley (Shea) of Columbia, SC, a daughter, Kathy Ellis of Washington, DC, a brother, Johnnie Boy Addison (Diary Jones) of Lancaster, SC, four sisters, Marybeck Addison, Anges Addison, Shirley Wilson, Clinie Grimes all of Washington, DC, daughter-in-law, Niecey  Ellis  of Mississippi, twenty-eight grandchildren, fifty-six great grandchildren, ten great great grandchildren, special caregiver, Shirl McClaude and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son, Aubrey Ellis, a daughter, Vivian Barnes, four brothers, six sisters.
