Prince Carl Jones, affectionately known by his Hebrew name Brother Nasi, departed this life on April 3, 2026, in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
He was born on November 13, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Geraldean Harden and the late Theodore R. Jones.
Prince was a faithful and devoted member of Israel United in Christ in Columbia, South Carolina, where he honorably served as a Torah Commandment Keeper. His dedication to his faith and community was evident in his daily walk and commitment to righteousness.
He was a proud graduate of Shaw High School in Cleveland, Ohio, Class of 1974. He later continued his education at ECPI Technical College, where he pursued studies in electronics.
Prince was united in holy matrimony to his beloved wife, Sabrina Susann Jones. Together, they shared a deep and indescribable bond built on love, faith, and mutual respect.
After many years of dedicated service in sales, Prince retired, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and integrity. Known as a man of few words, when he spoke, his words carried meaning and wisdom.
In his leisure time, he enjoyed playing chess and cards.
Above all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends—his greatest joy in life. Truly, to know him was to love him.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Sabrina Jones of Lancaster, South Carolina; one son, Lawrence D. Jones (Selena) of Monroe, North Carolina; two daughters, Latrice D. Jones (Adrian) of Marlboro, Maryland, and Brianna Jones of Great Falls, South Carolina; one brother, Jesse M. Jones of Decatur, Georgia; one sister, Shirahba Rasheed (Mabry) of Charlotte, North Carolina; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
