Rebecca Lynn Steele

Rebecca Steele, 39, of York, SC, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Ronnie Steele and the late Rose Todd. Rebecca attended York Comprehensive High School and later built a career in the food and beverage industry, where her warm smile and kind spirit touched many lives.

Rebecca had a deep love for animals and cherished every moment spent with her children. She was a devoted mother who found joy in watching them grow and creating lasting memories together. Her caring nature and generous heart made her a beloved presence in the lives of family and friends.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory four daughters, Destiny Littlejohn, Desiree Littlejohn, Ariel Laney, and Hailey Outen, all of York, SC; one son, Devin Outen of Lancaster, SC; two sisters, Jennifer Myers and Amanda Myers (Scotty), both of York, SC; and a brother, Brian Steele of Lancaster, SC. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Though Rebecca’s time on earth was brief, her love, kindness, and beautiful spirit will remain in the hearts of those she touched. Her memory will live on through her children, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
