Rubye Ford Thornwell, 61, died Monday, September 26, 2022 Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 3, 2022 at 2:00 P.M , Crawford Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Dennis McCleave will officiate . Burial in the North Corner AME Zion Church Cemetery

Rubye Ford Thornwell, a daughter of the late Willie Ford and the late Josephine McMurray Ford was born March 6, 1961 in Lancaster, SC.

Survivors include a daughter, Jamekia Ford of Lancaster, SC, two sons, James Rayford Thornwell Jr., Jovan Morrow both of Lancaster, SC, six brothers, Jessie Ford, Michael Ford, Earle Ford, Darryl Ford, Steve Ford all of Lancaster, SC, Ernest Ford of Rock Hill, SC, a sister, Phyllis Massey of Lancaster, SC, three grandchildren.
