Sarah Irene Frazier Adams

Sarah Irene Frazier Adams, age 82, peacefully entered eternal rest on June 26, 2025, in Rock Hill, SC. Born on January 1, 1943, in Lancaster, SC, she was the beloved daughter of the late Robert Lee Thomas and the late Mary Alice Frazier.

Sarah was a proud graduate of Barr Street High School, Class of 1961, and remained devoted to reconnecting with classmates through Barr Street School reunions, which she always looked forward to attending. She was a dedicated member of St. Paul AME Zion Church, where her faith and warm spirit touched many.

Sarah was employed for many years by First Penn Bank of Philadelphia, where her hard work, dedication, and cheerful personality left a lasting impression on coworkers and customers alike.

Known to all as a true social butterfly, Sarah loved entertaining family and friends. Her bright smile, contagious laugh, and caring presence made everyone feel welcome and loved wherever she went.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jessie Adams, and her sister, Eleanor Scott. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a devoted sister, Norma Thompson (Joseph) of Indian Trail, NC; special friends Ruby Davis, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Robinson, Odessa Funderburke, Mildred Thomas; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends who will miss her vibrant presence and unwavering love.

Sarah's legacy of love, laughter, and fellowship will live on in all who knew her.
